1. Parties

Provider: Бахтин Максим Денисович, самозанятый (налог на профессиональный доход), Tax ID 781144881190, [ОГРН / ОГРНИП, если есть]. Customer: a person who paid for Pro. Paying for Pro means accepting these terms.

2. What you get

Access to the paid features of the SkimTube Chrome extension (AI key points beyond the free quota, full key points for long videos) for the paid period. The transcript and three trial summaries are free and not covered by payment terms.

3. Price and period

• Pro for 30 days: 299 RUB.
• Pro for 365 days: 1990 RUB.
• Pro lifetime: 4990 RUB, one-time payment.
• Pack of 10 summaries: 199 RUB, one-time, no expiry.

The period starts when the payment is confirmed. Paying again extends it by the paid days. The monthly and yearly plans are one-time payments with no automatic renewal and no saved card. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no further charges.

4. Payment

By card through YooKassa or Prodamus (for cards issued outside Russia). Card details are entered on the payment service side and never reach the Provider. Pro turns on automatically after the payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. The receipt goes to the email you entered at checkout.

5. Refunds

Send a request to simplescribe@yandex.com with the payment date and amount. It is handled in the way and within the terms set by applicable law.

6. Limits and liability

• Key points are written by an AI model and may contain errors. They help you skim a video and do not replace watching it.
• The extension depends on YouTube page structure and may stop working for a while when it changes. We restore it in reasonable time but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Pro has a limit of 100 summaries a day and video length up to 6 hours.
• The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the current Pro period.

7. Data

See the privacy policy. Accepting these terms means agreeing to it.

8. Changes and disputes

The Provider may change these terms. A new version applies from publication here and does not change the paid period. Claims go to simplescribe@yandex.com, answer within 30 days. Unresolved disputes go to court under the law of the Russian Federation.
